Bullion premiums at the wholesale level
change periodically esp. with 90% Junk
Silver and the Gold Bullion Coins, but
every effort will be made to keep this
schedule up-to-date. This schedule can
answer a lot of your pricing questions
before you call WCM to place an order.
Kitco.com spot prices are shown below
for reference only, but be aware that
they are often inaccurate with respect
to real-time, live feeds from the Nymex/Comex
that WCM uses to lock confirmed order
prices with its distributors.
The Kitco prices shown
above are "Bid" spot prices for each of the
precious metals, but most distributors use
the "Ask" spot prices for locking new
purchase trades; conversely, bid prices are
used for buybacks. Add the following
amounts to get closer to the correct spot
prices:
These
adjustment amounts are called the "spread"
and when market conditions become more
volatile with greater and more frequent
price swings, spreads will increase for most
of the precious metals.
